Mending Mind provides psychological services to expats and internationals in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Mending Mind is led by psychotherapist Patric Esters, M.Sc.
Patric provides effective therapy for expat teenagers and adults.
He speaks and treats clients in English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Catalan and Dutch.

Services

Psychotherapy is covered by Dutch health insurances with full coverage usually provided with a "restitutie" policy. The fees are set by the Nederlandse Zorg Authoriteit (Dutch Health Authority). You will need a referral from your huisarts (General practitioner), referring you to gespecialiseerde GGZ (specialized mental health care).

Outside the “Gespecialiseerde GGZ” structure, the fee for a 90 minute intake session is €280 and the 45 minute follow-up session is €170.

Sometimes a sliding scale applies for a select group of uninsured and low income clients.
