Service Description

Want to cultivate compassion and reduce stress? Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) was developed by Stanford University and Dr. Thupten Jinpa. This 8-week program, conducted once a week, focuses on mindfulness and compassion training that has been proven to reduce stress and enhance emotional regulation. Whether done in-company or individually, our evidence-based approach helps individuals cultivate inner peace and well-being.
